Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Wagner’s! Assisting customers in finding the perfect shoe for their needs is your number one priority. This position is always going above and beyond to take care of our customers needs. In addition to customer service, you may at times assist in other areas of the business including but limited to : inventory management, store operations, marketing efforts, community outreach events and races.

Able to communicate professionally with customers and team
Motivated, self-starter, with a positive attitude
Reliable, adaptable, willing to learn
Customer focused
Past retail experience is not required, however other relatable experience is encouraged
An interest in running/healthy lifestyles is a plus!
Available to work some weekends and holidays
Position requires standing and moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a prolonged rest break. Occasional moderate to heavy (10+lb) lifting and carrying of boxes, as well as bending and reaching overhead may be required.
In order to gain knowledge about our operations and product offering, extensive training is required. You will be tested on product knowledge prior to being released to assist customers on your own. Depending on your learning style, some “studying” outside hours of work may be necessary.
